There are very few pools around at the moment to mine Rucoin with but by far the best is Focalway. The mining pool website is very crisp and easy to navigate and pays instantly when you withdrawn your earned coins.

So before you can start please head over to http://focalway.com and create an account.

The most officiant way to mine this coin is to use CGminer which can be download from here : CGminer 1.5.3

Once download extract the folder to e.g. your desktop and open up the folder

In the CGminer folder you will need to create a .bat file which is what you will use to start the miner.

Create a text file in the folder and copy and paste in the following line :

cgminer -o http://focalway.com:8344 -u UsernameHere -p PasswordHere -g 1 -w 256 –gpu-engine 900 –gpu-memclock 175 –gpu-vddc 1.175 –gpu-fan 65

The username and password you will be able to get from your Focalway pool account.

The above settings are a guide only, these settings are for a AMD 5870, please search for the best settings for your GPU.

Now save this as a .bat file and this will be the only way to start the miner.

If you have configured everything right then you should start seeing in a black box the words accepted, if you see them then that means your are mining Rucoins!!!
